Last year our customer service sucked, we were late on some shipments, and failed to deliver some packages by the time you needed them. We have things set in place for that to NOT happen this year. I'm so sorry if I failed you in 2023! I will do so so much better in 2024.

Frequently asked questions
How long will it take for my package to arrive?
My production time is 1-3 business days + shipping. Shipping all depends on the method you pick at check out.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Every order comes with a tracking number. Once your package is mailed, you will get an email with a tracking number.
Refunds & Exchanges
We take any returns on non-seasonal items. You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us, and we do not refund any shipping costs that occurred from shipping the product from us to you.
I cannot except refunds or exchanges on custom orders. If I make a mistake, I will gladly remake your item and ship it to you as soon as possible.
Can I return or exchange seasonal items?
We do not take returns on seasonal items. Exchanges will be made on a case to case basis, depending how much time we have left for that specific holiday. Please refer to the size sheets, or message us before you place your order if your unsure.
My item says delivered but isn’t here/tracking is not moving, what do I do?
I can see the same exact thing you see on the tracking. If it’s not moving, I always recommend signing up for text messages as that usually gets your item moving again. If it says delivered, please contact your local post office to ask for coordinates as of were the package is left. All packages will be sent out in a white polymailer with our logo on it.
I ordered the wrong size, can I exchange it?
We do accept exchanges - please message us that you want to exchange and we will give you the details on what to do. Once the exchange is received, you will get a refund (minus any shipping costs that were paid) and you're able to re-order whichever size you wanted.
Can I return items?
Items can be returned in unwashed, unworn and new condition with the original packaging. You will be responsible for return shipping and any shipping costs that occurred from shipping the package to you will not be refunded. (If you qualified for the free shipping, there will be a flat rate fee of $5 that will not be refunded.)
